The Objective
Kitchen Showdown, a premier provider of corporate team-building and culinary event experiences, required an aggressive digital strategy to capture high-ticket B2B inquiries from HR managers and corporate event planners. When we initially partnered with them in June 2023, their primary objective was to successfully launch and establish their presence in the new Malaysian market. Following the overwhelming success of this expansion, the objective widened in April 2025 to overhaul their established Singaporean operations, ultimately centralizing their regional B2B acquisition strategy.
Our Strategy
We deployed a comprehensive Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) ecosystem. First, we aggressively captured active B2B search demand on Google using strictly curated commercial keywords (e.g., “team building activities for work”, “cooking team building singapore”) to filter out irrelevant consumer traffic.
However, driving B2B traffic is only half the battle. To maximize lead acquisition, we executed a complete website revamp for both their localized domains (MY and SG) in 2025. We modernized the WordPress architecture, integrated seamless B2B Call-to-Action (CTA) lead forms, and implemented foundational technical SEO. This ensured that the sites not only converted paid traffic at a highly efficient rate but also captured hundreds of free, organic corporate visitors every month.

- Flawless Market Expansion (Malaysia): Successfully spearheaded the brand’s digital launch in Malaysia, capturing 1,255 highly qualified B2B leads over a 2.5-year period at an ultra-efficient Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) of just under RM50.
- Cross-Border Agency Consolidation: Driven entirely by the overwhelming search visibility generated in Malaysia, the Singaporean counterpart migrated their operations to our agency in April 2025.
