The Objective

As a market leader in the highly competitive baby care sector, Huggies required a digital pivot to capture the attention of modern Malaysian parents on TikTok. Prior to our takeover in April 2025, the brand’s localized feed was heavily promotional, relying primarily on simple static images with minor animations. The core objective of this ongoing retainer was to completely modernize their TikTok presence, drastically increase content output, and rapidly scale brand visibility in this competitive market.

 

Our Strategy

We initiated a complete structural shift in content production. Moving away from highly polished but sterile corporate assets, we engineered a fast-turnaround, native TikTok production model. Utilizing our own in-house talents and studio, we filmed highly relatable, culturally localized content—ranging from blindfold diaper challenges to direct-to-camera educational hooks (e.g., “Aircond in a diaper?”). This agile, talent-led approach allowed us to post at a significantly higher volume (quadrupling the brand’s output) while perfectly aligning with the raw, authentic aesthetic that the TikTok algorithm heavily favors.
