As a premier authorized dealer for Ricoh multi-functional printers and commercial office equipment in Malaysia, DT Copier traditionally relied on legacy marketing tactics, such as pamphlet distribution and localized cold outreach. To scale their leasing division and support an 80+ person workforce, they required a modern, highly predictable commercial acquisition pipeline. The overarching objective of this 10-year partnership was to completely digitize their sales funnel, eliminate inefficient traditional marketing spend, and generate a continuous daily stream of qualified B2B leads.
Our Strategy
We orchestrated a phased digital transformation, layering advanced acquisition channels over the course of the retainer.
