The Objective

Success Materials, a prominent supplier of forklifts and material handling equipment in Malaysia, required a highly efficient B2B digital acquisition strategy to scale their leasing and sales divisions. Given the high-ticket nature of industrial heavy machinery, the core objective of this ongoing multi-year retainer was to filter out irrelevant consumer traffic, strictly target commercial procurement intent, and generate a predictable monthly pipeline of qualified business leads without inflating acquisition costs.

 

Our Strategy

We architected a highly targeted, dual-platform digital engine. The foundation of the strategy was an “always-on” Google Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign. We optimized bidding specifically around high-commercial-intent keywords (e.g., “forklift rental”, “used forklift”, “electric pallet truck”) to capture businesses actively searching for procurement solutions.

To supplement this steady stream of inbound search intent, we deployed tactical, on-demand Meta Ads. Rather than running generic brand awareness on social media, we utilized Meta strictly for targeted, product-specific promotional bursts (such as Skid Steer and Backhoe Loader campaigns), successfully generating active demand within the localized industrial sector.

 

Key Campaign Highlights

  • Unmatched B2B Acquisition Efficiency: Despite the massive capital value of the products being sold and leased, the campaign achieved a highly efficient blended Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) of under RM60.
  • Massive High-Ticket Pipeline: Based on a recent 12-month data snapshot, the dual-platform strategy successfully generated over 600 highly qualified B2B leads, supplying the client’s sales team with a consistent, daily pipeline of commercial inquiries.
  • Precision Intent Capture: The Google SEM architecture successfully captured nearly 10,000 high-intent commercial clicks within the 12-month period, generating hundreds of qualified leads at an ultra-efficient sub-RM60 CPL.
  • Tactical Social Scaling: The on-demand Meta Ads campaigns bypassed traditional social media friction, utilizing strict demographic and behavioral targeting to generate localized equipment leads at an astonishingly low sub-RM50 acquisition cost.
