The Objective

As an established property development company in Malaysia, PPB Properties required a modernized digital approach to elevate its corporate branding. The core objective of our 12-month social media management strategy was to increase overall brand visibility, standardize output quality across Facebook and Instagram, and actively improve audience interaction compared to their previous historical baseline.

 

Our Strategy

We executed a “human-first” corporate content strategy. Rather than strictly publishing commercial property updates, we strategically integrated strong Employer Branding (highlighting team culture, staff activities, and cultural dinners) alongside Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) highlights. This diverse content mix naturally captured algorithm-driven visibility by encouraging employees, partners, and the local community to actively engage and share the content.

 

Key Campaign Highlights

  • Massive Engagement Surge: By humanizing the corporate brand, we drove a 3.07x (207%) Year-Over-Year increase in total cross-platform engagements.
  • Algorithm-Breaking Visibility: Realigned the content strategy to capture a 3.02x YoY increase in organic reach, effectively expanding PPB Properties’ visibility to over 3 million total impressions over the 12-month period.
  • Winning with Employer Branding: Corporate culture posts—such as the LINC KL team bowling activity—became top community drivers, successfully capturing internal staff advocacy and external demographic interest.
  • High-Impact CSR Activation: Community-focused highlights, specifically the PSPK Charity Kiosk spotlight, achieved peak traction by generating over 130x higher engagement than the annual median.
